Futurism

Futurism was an Italian artistic movement, launched in 1909, by publishing in a French newspaper the manifesto “Le futurism”, signed by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti. The current was characterized by the apology made to the modern technology, to speed, to city life, as well as by the contempt toward the traditions of the Western art.
